The Design Concept

For this Upper Hill office, we repurposed two 20ft shipping containers positioned side-by-side to maximize interior space.
This unique arrangement accommodates more staff while maintaining a compact outlook.
A robust foundation of concrete pillars and walls ensures stability and resistance to extreme weather.

The Interior
The inside of the container features a functional kitchen equipped with granite countertops, modern MDF cabinets, sink and tap among other essentials.
A dedicated reception area welcomes visitors, while a modern restroom provides convenient amenities for both ladies and gents.
The space is finished with ceramic tile flooring and smooth, alluring blizzard blue walls.
As usual, the inside is well ventilated and insulated with Gypsum and Styrofoam to maintain ambient temperatures throughout the day.
The Exterior
The exterior features a sleek design with zero-joint cypress wood cladding, expertly polished for durability and enhanced beauty.
Timber is known for its high insulation and thermal properties.
The gable roof at the back optimizes space, while flat front covers the veranda.
Essential utilities, including water, electricity, and waste management, are fully integrated into the infrastructure of the office.
